The truffle belongs to the genus Tuber; it is a delicate balance between earth, sky and nature. Truffle hunting immediately reveals its almost magical nature: at night, man and dog in a unique symbiosis, sniff, dig, find together.
It cannot be found all year round, its peculiarity is that it cannot be cultivated, it is found only in the fall or winter at harvest time or when it is finished, as a reward for those who love these lands and work them.
